INVITATION FOR A BID TO ALL LEATHER MACHINERIES SUPPLIERS

PIN (PEOPLE IN NEED), an international NGO, invites for submission of sealed Company Profiles from eligible bidders for the supply of leather machineries according the specification for Hawassa polytechnic college and SNNPR TRTC in Hawassa City.

Tender documentation can be obtained from the PIN Office Addis Ababa (Yeka sub-city, Kebele 13/14 house no 904, behind Denbrewa hospital or Tel: 011618 7766), or via email eth-tender@peopleinneed.cz  from 30.06.2014 until 14.07.2014, between 8:30 am and 5:30 PM, during regular working days. Tender forms and instructions included in tender dossier must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.

Sealed Tender offers have to be submitted to PIN or sent by registered post to reach the PIN office before closing date and time: 15.08.2014 at 10.30 AM LOCAL TIME to following address: Addis Ababa, Yeka Sub-city, Kebele 13/14 house no 904 or via email eth-tender@peopleinneed.cz.  Any tender received after the closing date/time will not be considered. Price stated in the tender offer must be inclusive of transportation of machinery to Hawassa Polytechnic College and SNNPR TRTC in Hawassa city and inclusive of all the taxes and duty payments.

Envelope opening session will be held on 15.08.2014 at 11:00 LOCAL TIMES in PIN Addis Ababa office, at the address above provided. Tenderers and/or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening.
