TENDER NOTICE: Design, Development and Implementation of Disaster Management Information System

People in Need (PIN) is partnering with the World Food Programme (WFP) in Cambodia to develop a web based Disaster Management Information Services (DMIS) that presents a variety of historical and near time data on a GIS platform, focused on disaster management and response in Cambodia. Utilizing PINs extensive technological knowledge end experience and long history in Disaster Management and Risk Reduction programming in Cambodia, PIN will develop this DMIS in close collaboration with the humanitiaran community in Cambodia. Integrating closely with WFP´s Platform for Real-time Integration SysteM (PRISM), this will be achieved with the development of an intuitive mapping interface for use by the National Committee for Disaster Management (NCDM), The Humanitarian Response Forum (HRF), The Cambodian Humanitarin Forum (CHF) and other goverment and non-government agencies.
