TENDER NOTICE: Framework Agreement for the purchase of flour

The International NGOs People in Need and Welthungerhilfe (WHH) jointly invite tenders from competent and reputable suppliers for the following international open tender for the supply of wheat flour for bread backing in Syria Type 2-650, for an estimated total amount of 8833 metric tons (the estimated total amount can be changed and will be specified in each LOT and purchase order) subject to a framework agreement as per Par. I Art. 2. Time frame for the deliveries is from October 2016 till October 2017.
