TENDER NOTICE: PURCHASE OF NUTRITIONAL INPUTS

As a result of the tender a framework agreement will be concluded with a pre-selected list of maximum three (3) suppliers.
PIN will announce call for bids to framework contract holders for each particular order using quotation forms clearly describing the kind of nutritional inputs and the quantities. Winning supplier for each particular order will be selected based on evaluation’s results of all bids received.
Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the tenderers can be obtained from the PIN Office on Av. Kabare 7, Bukavu, South Kivu, D.R.Congo between 8.00 am and 4.30 pm during working days before 21 May 2016 or upon request via email on raphael.papon@peopleinneed.cz. Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.
