Every minute, more than 30 people in northwest Syria are forced to flee their homes. Since December 1, the ongoing offensive has displaced 900,000 people, often multiple times. Families call it the "trip into the unknown." During these forced migrations, hundreds have been killed by conflict, and children are dying from the cold. What is it like to live in the middle of "the biggest humanitarian horror story of 21st century," as UN Emergency Relief Coordinator Mark Lowcock recently described the crisis? See for yourself with these photos taken by our colleagues inside the makeshift camps in Idlib Province.
