People in Need usually does not accept gifts in kind (except for certain donations from large companies). The reason is simple: transporting gifts in kind to affected areas is expensive and difficult.

Of course, if you wish to donate medicines, hygienic or other materials or non-perishable foods, please contact us at dary@clovekvtisni.cz or send a letter to Člověk v tísni, o. p. s., Šafaříkova 24, 120 00 Prague 2.

A Visit from the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of China (Taiwan) Following a Very Generous Donation

Following the Nova Khakovka dam destruction we are distributing drinking water to affected communities. Today we distributed 1,456 six-litre bottles of water to people in Novokairy in Kherson Oblast in other 3 villages. We will continue with distribution of drinking water in coming days. This all is possible thanks to the funding from the European Union.
