Our debt advisers help people defend themselves against unfair behaviour by financial services companies. We try to motivate people to proactively approach their personal situations. We help resolve foreclosure issues, draft insolvency petitions, and complete the necessary paperwork. Our advisors gather the necessary information from publicly available sources and provide professional consultations to deepen awareness of rights and obligations.

This work is essential in the large number of ongoing unlawful foreclosures, where debts are often recovered in a breach of good morals and debtors are unaware that they can defend themselves. Consultations take place at our office premises, and it is also possible to arrange a visit directly to the client's home.
