Framework tenders for various kits
We are a non-governmental, non-profit organization founded on the ideals of humanism, freedom, equality and solidarity. We consider human dignity and freedom to be fundamental values. Throughout the 25 years of its existence, People in Need has become one of the biggest non-profit organizations in Central Europe. In addition to humanitarian aid and human rights, it now also targets education and helps people living in social exclusion.
We are part of Alliance2015, a strategic network of seven European non-governmental organizations engaged in humanitarian aid and development projects. This collaboration increases effectivity both in working in the target countries and in campaigns aimed at influencing the attitudes of politicians and the general public in Europe.
We are inviting for submission eligible bidders for tenders of the purchase of below kits to be delivered to North-East Syria.

Only legitimate companies, wholesalers and retailers are invited to participate. No dealers or intermediaries shall apply.
Tender documentation with detailed instructions for tenderers and forms to be filled by the tenderers can be obtained from the PIN Office at Erbil or Kobane during working days between 8.30 a.m. 5.00 p.m. before 15th December 2018, 5.30 pm or upon request via email; Procurement.nes@peopleinneed.cz or from PIN offices as following.

Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.
Sealed tender offers have to be submitted to PIN office in person as hardcopy before closing date and time: 16th December 2018 at 02:00 pm local time. Suppliers must send their bids in a sealed stamped envelope.
Envelope opening session will be held on 16th December 2018 at the offices of PIN according to the below time schedule. Tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at the envelope opening on respective offices.
