City at risk? Phnom Penh Hazard Vulnerability and Capacity Assessment

The report is based on the contributions from commune officials, local communities and field visits. It indicates areas at most risk in Phnom Penh as well as provides series of recommendations, which were formulated by PIN, local authorities and external experts. While each commune received a detailed report and map, the “City at Risk?” is a summary report providing overall picture on exposure to disaster risks.
