The International NGO People in Need invites competent and reputable independent suppliers for the international open tender for the following supply:
Supply of 3 (three) new 4WD off-road vehicles
Tender documentation with detailed instructions and forms to be filled by the tenderers can be obtained in the following ways:
- In PIN Kathmandu Office: K.M.C – 3, 279 Ranibari, Kathmandu, Nepal (phone no. 01-4002100); from 9.30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, from March 16th, 2019 to March 29th, 2019

Tender forms and instructions included in tender documentation must be strictly followed otherwise the tender offer might be excluded.
Tender offers have to be submitted or sent by a registered post (postmarked prior to the submission deadline) to the following address:

Sealed envelopes must have PIN address written on them, and should be marked with the following text:
“New 4WD Vehicle Tender”
“DO NOT OPEN BEFORE (12/04/2019)”
Deadline for submitting bids for this tender is April 10th, 2019, 4:00 p.m. Bids received by PIN after this deadline will not be considered.
Envelope opening session will be held on April 12th, 2019, 1:00 p.m., in PIN Kathmandu Office. All tenderers or their authorized representatives are invited to be present at this session.
